  • Treat like cashmere and woolen wear: use delicate/wool machine wash cycle of 30°, or hand wash with long soak.

Baby camel down is the “cashmere upgrade”. It is collected from 1-2 year old baby camels at shedding period. These fine fibers’ diameter approaches cashmere one, assuring similar softness. The fibre is non-itchy and hypoallergenic, making it perfect for a child’s sensitive skin. Recent studies show it is 20% warmer than cashmere and more than twice as lightweight and warm as merino wool.

Due to the fibers’ longer length and elasticity, Baby camel fibre is exceptionally durable, wear-resistant and non-pilling. It is an exceptional breathable thermoregulator, as its fibers are empty inside and filled with air, providing “air cushion” effect with unique lightweight insulation both from cold and heat.
